Other reasons:

1. It's a TGIF Promo. (E.g. Mr. CEO Spoil..., Legendary MMORPG...)

2. You logged in with a different account or you signed out.

Hung_Li_Ke_Horse I finished reading the novel before TGIF promo, never logged in with other acc and never signed out, coz i read it on my mobile.

dapenggaofei Mr. Ceo spoil me 100 percent, chp 101-645 (i too quick to used SS to open 101, and remmeber i already unlock all). 646-til the end it remains unlock. Thank u.

@dapenggaofei and also, may i ask, WN has new update recently, right? (i don't remember seeing the update progress).
with the old version, usually it will send me new notifications if there's any new chapter. and if i open the apps from my mobile, it started with library page, and the novel that has new chapter will go to the first row.
now the new version, i don't get any notification and the new update novel doesn't go to the first row.
do you know why? thank you

funky_monkey As far as I know, library of app has several sort orders. Does notifications enabled in app settings?

i check the history, in the description has the name of the novel but no number of the chapter (just the title).

And the SS that i spend, it means, i paid to unlock the chapter? Is it right?

dapenggaofei yes. it's unlock from 001-100. i accidently unlock 101 again. so it's lock from 101-645. the rest of the chapter (646- till 992) it's unlock.

funky_monkey Perhaps Dapen couldn't see the data more detailed.

For example in the unlock, you have paid for Chapters 101 Novel A (the transaction from that list). Then you showed it that Chpater 101 from Novel A is locked now.

MasterRabbink That's impossible gramps, if he/she previously read it as free chapter/adwall chapter, there're no such transactions exist.

All these admins are running round in circles. Obviously they don't know what is happening and what to do.

if the admin want to know which chapter exactly i've unlock, the SS record really not showing which chapter i unlock. it just record the novel title.
but the record shows that there are so may chapter i've unlock.
i can't be unlocking the same chapter repeteadly right?
now i just can blame my badluck if the WB cannot unlock it for me. -_-

funky_monkey All the screenshot, I added them all. It's about 300+ chapter unlocked, However the premium chapters of Mr.CEO spoil me 100% are almost 900 chapters. So I think most of the chapters are locked.
