Not getting my fast pass
Grand_Dao1 we got our fast pass but it seem deposit cant receive any notification and we lost our fast past because of this problem but there record about our fast pass consumption is still run normaly
it deleted like 12 fastpass from me even when it hadn't hit those 7 day marks wtf, and now no fastpass. smh

But i still don't have my FP and i want to know what they mean by unothorized method... because if opening the app and simply reading cause this it'll became complicated.

I don't understand why they don't just make a update for all users. Why would someone have to fix it for every person that reports a problem. That's just stupid in my opinion.
so I messaged the help with a live chat and they said once u have that inbox letter that u will never be able to get rewards again and they couldn't even explain what caused this
Are the people running this app retarded? Wtf! It's not like you can cheat on this thing(app) so wtf is with that message? I thought it was a bug, but apparently this is done knowingly.

I don't think that true. Most likely that person told u that to stop reporting to them. As alot people like myself keep on reporting this bug every day. U should report the bug in discord. I already post the link on here.
I also just meassage on live chat and they tell me that if we can't get the rewards and fast pass, then it means that we will never get the fast pass again in the future cuz we violated the risk control policy, but still their team will check my account and try to solve my issue and let me know by sending me email that if I can get my fast past again or not.
I just had some FP for the 1st time since 11 days i hope the issue is solved
