@MarquisofHell1 I agree with you, I just informed Ines that our problem is not resolved yet, so I hope she resolves it soon, so that we can read our novels again, and I don't think we got the fastpasses that we lost in the meantime.

Grand_Dao1 we got our fast pass but it seem deposit cant receive any notification and we lost our fast past because of this problem but there record about our fast pass consumption is still run normaly

    I don't understand why they don't just make a update for all users. Why would someone have to fix it for every person that reports a problem. That's just stupid in my opinion.

    I don't think that true. Most likely that person told u that to stop reporting to them. As alot people like myself keep on reporting this bug every day. U should report the bug in discord. I already post the link on here.

      I also just meassage on live chat and they tell me that if we can't get the rewards and fast pass, then it means that we will never get the fast pass again in the future cuz we violated the risk control policy, but still their team will check my account and try to solve my issue and let me know by sending me email that if I can get my fast past again or not.

        So, no update?? and basically if they cant solve this then what? I Do NOT want to delete my account thank u very much. And MY fault( readers)?! How? Basically telling us to pay and stop readig free or something idk. But i dont have discord so i cant get help through that..

          So I am not getting fast passes because I got a message saying I violated their rules but I haven't done anything differently than I have been for my entire time as a member?

          I was right we just need to wait. I am still able get points from reward. As will get fast pass not from check in, daily recommendation, watch video, power and energy stone. They most likely told both of u that for stop telling them about bug as they are work to fix it.
