Can anyone tell me how to get premium user & contribution badges? I don't quite understand about it when I read it from the book of answer

You must mean the word inside the badge.
Premium User in Glory Badge and Premier Badge = People who paid for SS
Contribution in My Treasures Badge = People who GIVE SS to a novel. You must compete. To get better ranking. Gift some Spirit Stones to the author/translator. Who spend the most = win. To win you need to pay money to get some extra SS.
In short. Money.

what do I need to do to get the badge My Treasures??? I am in the top three contributors in a novel, yet I have still to get any badge for it.
