I'm the Author of Not A Cultivator

As you can see, I'm just a small-time author. I believe that authors with low ranks (like me) needed the same thing. More publication and promotion.

But, promoting in the forum, won't do much. It's not like many readers will read the forum and click your link. And, getting your book promoted on the front page is too hard!

So, I say why not promote each other novel? We'll be using each other Author's Thought as an Ads. Basically, this will be your Author's thought:

    rxio So, I personally wouldn't promote anything I haven't read because that's just not something I'd like to do. I also wouldn't want that kind of "recommendation" if I were a reader. I'd much rather get a real one.
    It's nice seeing authors trying hard, though, so I'll just leave some of my thoughts :)

    If you find some fellow authors to do this with you, you might want to keep in mind that this will (in most cases) only have a promotional effect if your target audience is the same. Like, a lot of readers stick to a special genre and don't read the others. So it wouldn't make a lot of sense to promote a Romance Fiction novel in an Eastern Fantasy one. Some readers would still have a look but most wouldn't. At least that's my experience.

    Furthermore, I think this might not be the best place to find people to do this with you. Lots of people don't look in the forum and those that do are often readers and not the authors you actually want to reach. So, maybe it would be better to ask about this in the Inkstone Discord channel. You'd probably get more feedback on your idea there and might even be able to find people who would like to join in. It might also be easier to discuss there how to implement the idea in the end. :)
