It says I have 81 collections on my novel, but the graph is showing an accumulated number of over 130 collections.
Is this a glitch?

Estatica Yep. There is a problem in the matrix. Gwahahaha. Just use the graph. I think it was a bit more detailed. Besides 130 looks better than 81, right? Actually the number of the graph is more normal. There is a report of number 'strangely' dropped, etc. However, you can try to add and remove your own novel. The collection number is 'updated' correctly.
Just pick whichever number is higher to motivate yourself. Lol.
