I have a problem with my inkstone and the dashboard's collection numbers.

I have 2 novels:

The problem is the difference between collections. Currently in the first novel, I had 223 collections but in Number of Collection graph it was only 187 yesterday. I knew there is a day difference, but this happened even after I checked it the last few days. The numbers didn't match.

For my second novel, it was the other hand. It had only 0 collection (even when I added it into my account, my MC account, and even a new test account's library. It is still 0. I think it should have at least showed 3 in collections), but in the graphs I had 16 collections yesterday.

Could I have some refresh to my stats? The real collections number is useful to dream to know someone wanted to read you story. Gwahahaha.

    I don't think it's really an issue. It's basically how the Inkstone server works to avoid overloading.

    The server "picks up" a certain number during a certain period of time, from all the current collection people have and would label it as "today's increase"- placing it on the date within the graph.

    Basically - What you see within your Collections is the real-time, the one on the graph is the record, from a certain day and a certain number of collection.

        The bug is

        My first novel yesterday and today data wasn't the same. In example I got 187 in the graphs, the next day it was 189. However my collection on the top was 223. So if it was correct, there should be 223 the next day. It showed 189. (which is what I believe true since I often only got 2 or 3 new collections per day, poor me.) So the graphs didn't match.

        I know it only showed the yesterday/2 day before (on Sunday) data. The mismatch is the 1st bug.

        The second book always had 0 collections. I have put the novel in my and my secondary account. I even made another account to check. It is still 0. Yet in the graphs I had some increased (23 collections for now, 3 was me. Poor me again. Please add my novel to the collection! Shameless advertisment mode again. Gwahahaha). It's the second bug.

        I really hope the number is true instead of an inflated/fake number. I might want to make a extra release event based on the number of collections. If it is only an auto increased number, then it is useless.

                        Yohanlie That is total collection. Not a new add per day. So you have 20 in collections. This is why the report of bug. There is 2 number. 0 and 20 (this is one or two days late usually).

                            MasterRabbink did you ever figure out the difference?
                            I tried asking in the author channel, but no one answered. Mine is about a 150 difference. It has been off for weeks too. I find this very confusing and always irks me.
