As i had this exact same problem, i switched to my secondary browser of choice, where after a couple of minutes of reading the problem occured again, but i solved it by clearing my complete cache.
And after reading this post i tried the zoom solution, which also worked, so at least there are some options you can try...

I use Opera and i also have this problem
The Chapters 714 & 715 are identical and the following Story in 716 is missing the information of 715... so please fix, we paid stones for it

The newest Monster Paradise Chapter 641 was released twice in the same chapter and because its longer that way, you have to pay more Spirit Stones, idk if you have to pay double the amount but its definitly more tan you would usually pay for such a short chapter

I also have the same problem, but it's only if i use Opera, if i use Microsoft Edge it surprisingly works.
