I understand the concept but it's a crazy steep price gouge to pay for the privilege access itself and then the unlock rates per chapter on-top of that which is causing the disgruntled feeling .... Rather than make it a 2-step transaction (access fee and then unlock fees), making it a single 'payment' would probably result in less frustrations even if that meant increasing the upfront cost to accomodate the average chapter cost (so readers could evaluate the cost/benefit of opting for privileges completely upfront ....

I imagine you would also feel some dissatisfaction if you paid an admittance fee for a movie premier only to be told you still had to pay another fee to get into the viewing theatre or to get a viewing seat when the details related to the movie ticket made it seem you could watch the movie once you bought the ticket ....

The lack of clarity and transparency on the privilege purchase page makes it seem like false advertising and the fine print details only vaguely explain the paying the chapter unlocks remains valid after/once regular release occurs .... Instead, there should be a clear statement that SS to unlock chapters still apply to each particular tier of advanced chapters privilege option.

Ugh, that sucks but i suppose not surprising.

Also found out that Google wallet purchase of SS doesn't charge/collect sales tax but iOS in-app purchase does. Next time I will try using PayPal/website to load up SS

In TGIF 69 or 70, i think it was announced that discounts would be returning so maybe implicitly means the daily free selections were cancelled .... Why not check the previous TGIF posts to reply to official Webnovel/Qidian ?

Would appreciate an added label/section on novel details/description page to indicate official WebNovel status whether ongoing release, hiatus or dropped by the translator/translation group (or for original works, by the author).

It would also make sense for Webnovel to review official titles which have not had translated releases after a certain amount of time (alot harder to have dedicated releasea for original works though).

Per reviewer in May, Rebirth of Chu Wan may actually be a translation being posted as an original novel .... Please review to act accoruif necessary.

The translator is still releasing other novel projects on WN, so most likely TAC is dropped based on ranking or readership compared to the other stories

So, Saturday's weekly discount is for 99th Divorce but the many 3SS chapters remain at 3SS while chapters 4SS and greater are discounted ....
So maybe you should clarify that the weekly discount is only on some of the chapters of a selected novel rather than claiming the novel itself as discounted .....

I used Trusteer (supposed to be for encrypted browsing). Maybe try Safari and the login token/cookie might stay in RAM for when you try to login the app? I dunno, just a random suggestion.
Also, i logged out of WN on Chrome before i tried Trusteer .... Because i use email login but as accidentally used my Gmail in chrome to login (no bonus invite stones - wuwuwu)
