If I signed the webnovel contract and finished writing my novel or completed the story would I be able to make my novel into a Manga or Webtoon by myself with my own money?

- If you're angry and can't take take it anymore, then you can read any face slapping stories, or revenge stories or stories with a cruel MC.

(A) Reverend insanity, though I warn you that it has too much cruelty, you heart might break into pieces, but I believe reading it would make you a bit mature, and you will start seeing the world in a different way.
(b) Way of th devil, a spooky and fun read. It has scary elements which might scare you a bit. It would be like reading a ghost story. - If you just want to laugh, then read any male lead comedy Stories.
(A) 'The strongest system' Seriously, it has too much comedy, I laughed and had too much fun much reading this.
(B) 'I don't want to defy the heavens' From the same author, also funny but not as funny as the above mentioned novel, though it has some cruelty as well.
Don't apply your brain power reading these, turn it off and enjoy the journey. - If you want to feel all otherworldy, instrospect, or want to have 'I have seen the world like feel' then maybe just watch an anime with some deep meanings or listen to a song, while looking through comments.
Some comments would have long paragraphs about how it is like that, Why it is like that, how much deep meaning this scene has, and will also have a comparision with real life.
Reading those kinds of comments would calm you down and let you have introspection, and inner peace.
Anime recommendation: Re zero, Mob phycho 100, one punch man, Naruto, pokemon etc.
