Close the app then reopen it after closing whatever other apps you have open. Maybe wait a minute or two. It worked for me.
This is happening to me too!
I have been having the major problem of being cheated of my spirit stones by the ads. I watch the ad but then it doesn't do anything. I watch it a second time, and then it goes and says I have already done that, and proceeds to give me no spirit stones. I have reported this thrice now. It keeps happening to me, almost every time I try. Can anyone please help me with this?! I can't read my favorite novels because of this, they all went premium.
