I would recommend A Psychic's Scarlet Dream because:

Fleshed out background, character appearances and actions: if you be a little patient, you'll get all of it to a more than satisfactory amount
Sinuous and heavy writing (imagery and metaphors): That's like the 3rd best thing about the book
No System or Harem: neither is present in the story (and sadly those are the reasons it's not gaining much popularity)
Linear story with dynamic characters: That's the 2nd and 1st best thing about the book respectively.
Arcs that are well thought out: Present, to the point that you wouldn't believe it's the first work of the author. It feels to me like the guy had been planning the story for five years at least.
Worldbuilding: Uniquely done so you need to give it time to really get it but once you do, you would know the world-building far surpasses any world-building you will find on this platform.

Not necessarily cons but things to keep in mind if you do plan to give it a try:
    1. The book starts off slow. It takes its time setting everything up and so you might not find the first few chapters that amazing but it steadily builds upon itself and keeps getting more and more interesting.
    2. The writing style is unique. For dialogues, colons are used,
    Example - > Character 1: "Dialogue"
    Monologue/Explanations/Narrations
    Character 2: "Dialogue"
A good amount of people think this takes away from the story but only because they have read nothing but the first 4 or 5 chapters and don't get the big picture.
Every person who has read a good amount, or better yet, is caught up to the story, has changed their mind about that and realized that it doesn't take away from the story but adds to it and without that style, there will be certain points in the story that would just lose their impact.

So, with that all said and done, I wholeheartedly recommend this book that is easily my favourite on the platform and nothing else I have read even comes close.

Hope you give it a try!

    • Do you want a well-written MC that with time turns into a great badass or do you want the MC do be badass from the start regardless of the writing?

      • I would recommend A Psychic's Scarlet Dream.
        Genre: Supernatural/Mystery/Psychological/Philosophical

Summary (copy/paste from the book's page):
Those who can do things scientifically impossible are called supernaturals. Among those who know about them, there may be those who fear them, those who respect them or even those who want to kill them. That however doesn’t matter to the supernatural named Kais as he has and wants no connection with anything that might be related to the world of supernaturals. However, the day he meets a particular brown-haired youth, that would change and he who has tried to run away from the truth for many years will be forced to confront it.

        My reasons for recommending it:
It's a very well planned out story about a war between various supernatural factions. The reasons for this war date back a thousand years and all the mystery surrounding that is what initially draws one to the story. I say 'initially' because upon reading more and more, you will come to realize that there's so much more to it than seems at the surface.

From where the story is right now, I have come to like all the characters. Seriously, every single one of them plays a major part in the story regardless however less time they may get. And I like all of them, to varying degrees obviously.

The story keeps getting more and more interesting with each chapter and each mystery.

The world-building is some of the most unique you will find on this platform.

The story has a very unique and bizarre vibe about it that really captivates you if you give it a chance and doesn't let go.

One thing to keep in mind before going into the story:
Slow start. The first few chapters are just building up the mystery and the intrigue and setting up the characters for every epic thing that will come later on. Honestly, just try it, but go in knowing that the very first chapters aren't going to be the greatest, though they are still pretty good.
