I'd say to possibly put out your webnovel more on adverting topics while also stating how your activity relates to your posts. You could also take your time with your chapters and just try to pool them up and make one big 3-4k+ chapter or somewhere in that range so more content can be within in it.

Activity is just honestly kinda crucial considering most people will begin to think the time that must be spent waiting is not worth it, or just stop caring entirely. This is mainly the case for fics that are quite long as well.
