Nope same problem on phone browser as in pc browser. Maybe you'r making confusion with novels that have less than 10 chapters (the first 10 chapters of every novel are available via browser, after that they are locked to the app (not first 10 of the day but first 10 in absolute) or with novels that require fast pass to unlock, those too can be read on browser (after you have unlocked them obviosuly)
