In fact, many people here are tired of the unending stream of Chinese-like names which hard to pronounce and distinguish for non-Chinese people. And even more so of Chinese-looking names which make no sense in Chinese. (There is even a topic here on the forum concerning that.)
So I think there is a bunch of people who would appreciate you writing characters with names which would sound normal to western people.

just for reference, most of the novels on WN have a price of 8-15 SS per chapter. That's what is average (not too long or too short)
according to the price of 1 SS to 200 words we get from 1600 to 3000 words. Average. Longer chapters are like 20-26 SS, which will be 4000-5000+ words.

Actually, I think no one would complain if the prices on webnovel were the same as on QI
But as far as I know (from loads of discussions) reading on WN is ten times more costly than on QI
I know, translators need to be paid and such, but.. I can get better content for less money elsewhere, why would I want to pay?

those are different numbers if I understand what you are talking about right.
the 7k is how much people visited and went away (I'm not too sure how the counting algorithm works, maybe someone here knows better than me)
and those 11% is from people who added your book to their library.

Yeah, you see. I didn't mean to dishearten you, but nothing you can do will be effective. Actually going to patreon won't be too, if they really want to pirate your work, copying from patreon is the same.
The most you can do (and in my opinion, it is the way to go about it) is to find a way for those who are reading from pirate sites to come to real you.
Unlike SnoozySloth is saying, unfortunately, not everyone there knows that it's a pirating site. (When I was younger I was there a lot because they pop up first on search engines, and I didn't know all that complicated stuff about pirating when I was 13 or 14.) Many people who only read and don't know hardships of being an author can be deceived. They might even think that they are supporting the real author.
It is sad, but it is the truth.
So, be strong.
And as you can't really destroy them, find a way to use them. Or ignore them. As SnoozySloth says, they won't bring you money anyway, so why worry about them))

Your suggestion is terrible, hope they won't implement it.
Trust me, it inconveniences real readers way more than it can ever inconvenience pirates.
They have something like this on the Chinese site. What comes out of it? I can't easily copypaste words to my dictionary, I have to either write them by hand (and it takes lots of time), or... bypass it so I can copypaste. And trust me on this, the second one is not so hard to do if you are an advanced user (just two clicks more actually). Way easier than trying to write hieroglyphs into the dictionary, or even English words if you need to type them manually. Mind you, not everyone on this site is fluent in English.
So it would only be inconvenient to users.
I assume pirates know what I know, not like it is some hidden knowledge.
I looked at inkspired too. same there, I can bypass it and it only inconveniences me as a reader that I can't highlight the text as I read (which I really like doing)
I'm not saying that protecting writing is a bad thing. But inconveniencing your reader, while protecting nothing, certainly is.

You can go to the story's cover page, find "Edit my tag" link next to tags, and choose "Add new tag" there. Then you write tag, press enter and it would appear for you to see.
That's on PC web browser Don't know how it is in mobile and app versions.
It won't show, though. I guess you need many people to tag the story the same for tags to appear on it.
And if you ask whether you can add tags to your story as an author, there is no way for now (and we all hope it will change)
I guess, you can make a swarm of side accounts and tag your story with them, so the tags would appear, but haven't try that, so no idea if it really works.
