My Spirit Stones are being used even when I'm not using them. I noticed that the amount is continuing to go down. Do anybody know the reason for that?

I notice when I see my Spirit Stones the amount continues to shortened by a lot even though I did not use any Spirit Stones. I jusy a 2100 plus Spirit Stones and then I look to add new Spirit Stones around 11 and all of a sudden I see there's only 1900 Plus.
