How to vote:
On the website: Go to the main page, scroll down until you see a orange banner on the left that says 'what's next' then on the go to vote pool, scroll down to stories in queue and vote for whichever you want.
I don't know how to do it on the app though.
while editing the book next to create a chapter there will be a settings button which is white.
After clicking that go down to right above the type and below abbreviation. There will be an option for writing contest. Click on webnovel spirity award spring 2021 and save. Then you're done.
