Didn't get SS for Beauty and the Beast even though it says daily 15-min reading session has been completed. Did get it for Dread so I suspect technical issues day one

The first day, whether due to technical issues or because I kept backing out, I didn't get the 15 SS. I checked back yesterday and it says I received the 15 SS for the first comic day one, which I never did. I got it the second day so the possible suspect is one continuous read.
