they don't appear on the list so it was probably watching ads

I'm using the android app and I have two issues, most of the books in my library have been failing and resetting back to chapter 1 when I try to open to read new chapter, and for some novels that I've been unlocking all chapters and reading up to date several of the older chapters that i had previously unlocked are getting locked again at random. For example i've been reading gourmet food supplier since the beginning and had unlocked all chapters up to the most recent one and now chapters 372, 372, 373, 395, 396 are locked again and looking at the chapter list there are a lot more all over the place and this isn't the only novel it happened.
