use the web version instead of the app so you can accept the terms

So I created my book, added synopsis, cover and saved a draft but when I try to publish either from the draft section or the publish section I get showed the terms but I don't see a button to accept them, just and x ti close those terms. My first chapter is already saved in the draft.
