I ve still not received my 400+100 coins I purchased last Friday that cost me Ghs45.00+tax making it Ghs58.00. What's happening

I have the same problem, yesterday in the morning I purchased ss to upgrade my privileges n up till now have not received them. I have sent my complain through the help center but no reply. I paid Ghs58.00 for the transaction n I received a message from Google play that my momo account has been deducted of the amount
I was asked to upgrade my privileges when I wanted to continue reading 99th divorce and up till now have not received it. I lodge a complaint twice yesterday through the help center but checked this morning, nothing has been done about it. I even attached the complain with a screenshot of the transaction which shows my account has been deducted of GHS58.00. But till now nothing has been, no response from you. Is this how you treat your readers
I don't what's happening but I which I can get some explanations on the use of the coins, I just purchased a Ghs15 coins of 150+15 just some few hours again and haven't even read episodes up to 10 where each episode cost 7coins. So I don't understand why after reading less than 10 episodes which each cost 7 coins and my coins are finished requesting for me to make another purchased. So simply want to know what's happening?
