It’s been happening for the past few days. Tried doing the card event, but then it automatically logs me out. It also happens randomly too and then I have to keep logging back in.

Every time I change the text size to the smallest, it reverts back to a larger size after I close and reopen the app.

Everytime I open the app, random books get added to my library and hen even when I sort it by recently read, it doesn’t work. It has books that I haven’t touch in forever pop up on top.
Is anyone else not able to get their SS even after reading for that amount of time? It literally shows negative minutes.

How to I add more books to an existing reading list?
The paragraph comments keep turning back on every time I open the app even though I’ve turn it off.
Angel_Sakura I got the SS a while ago when the event was still going on. You should probably have gotten it when you claimed it.
Has anyone gotten their TMH even badge yet? And is it just me or the event page seem to have random code writing that look like an error?
I have the newest version of the app and I keep turning paracgraph comments off, but then it turns back on automatically again.
minnimetiny I just got my problem fixed. From my experience, you screenshot that Apple denied a refund, sent it to service with a proof of purchase and they’ll tell you to wait. I got my SS after 3 days from the initial email I sent them. Hope this helps. I was getting impatient too.

minnimetiny Btw, Apple says that not receiving what you purchases is not in their terms refundable to it’s denied for me. So at this point, I just want my SS too.
minnimetiny Same thing happened to me 3 days ago. I went through the entire emailing process and still nothing. They just told me to wait patiently so, still nothing. :(

Is anyone else having the same problem as me? I bought the 2500 SS + 750 SS package, but never received anything. Then, I emailed them and gave them proof of purchase. They emailed back (12 hours later) to check if I have another ID (I don’t) or to ask for a refund and to email them if the refund was denied. I tried getting a refund, iTunes decided that it didn’t qualify for one under their terms. I replied to them again with a screenshot of the denial for a refund and proof of purchase. Then they emailed me again asking for proof of purchase, which by now I’ve given them twice. But I gave them screenshots of my receipt. I’m sorry for ranting but this is getting frustrating. I love reading stories on here and want to support writers so that’s why I buy SS. But there needs to be a more effective way to deal with this problem. I don’t know if it’s an app issue or processing, but reading through the forum, it seems to happen often. So please is anyone able to help me?
