Hey buddy, I see a lot of people here telling you that either is doesn’t matter or to over describe certain scenes or aspects.
In my opinion: one of these pieces of advice is correct, one is wrong.
The correct one? It doesn’t matter.
Why is the other one wrong?
Well, over-describing a scene can make it dull and uninteresting, no one said all of your sentences have to flow perfectly but if you make some long drawn out description of a certain character, event, or anything else just for it to be word count fluff, then it’s not worth it and it will probably damage your skill and potential as a writer.
But if you’re really stuck up on 1500 a day well then I recommend reading 1500(words per chapter) Web Novels for yourself and find what YOU think you’re missing.
Pro Tip: NEVER compare your work to someone else’s, especially when you’re new or the person you are comparing with is a published author. That is a comparison that is WAY off base and I had to use all caps to emphasize it.
How off base you may ask?
Well it’s like asking a first grader with a -C average to do the homework of someone taking a Masters in business course. It’s just not gonna work out and it doesn’t make any sense in the first place.
Another thing I’d recommend: add a scene, just something, wether it’s comedic relief, an extra if not unimportant side character, etc.
Last piece of advice: just write, it may not be good at first, hell it may be god awful, but let’s say it’s not, or better yet let’s say you write the worst trash there is? It doesn’t matter because it’s just a stepping stone.
Keep your head up and keep writing if you think it’s something you love(or at least enjoy).

Not to be shameless or anything but:
The story: (rather than give you a whole schpiel I’ll just tell you what’s up.)
Basically a guy(the MC) is a no life who has gotten so good at this online game to the point where people call him “The King”. He decided to realize this by building a kingdom in game, however years later the game developers announce a shut-down of the servers and an end to the game service.
Falling ill from(admittedly) greatly exaggerated poor health, he dies and wakes up in the game.
Naturally as “The King” he is the embodiment of OP and casually breaks the rules set by the world in a manner that makes sense to the plot and story progression.
(This is not a self insert, this is an actual novel)
