Why does it cost two fastpasses to unlock the chapters of novels now

I haven't been able to read this novel for a week it won't let me past the title page.
I don't like the exclusive fast pass showing options. I just did a mass unlock after saving some up and since the exclusive ones are shown with the all novel one I ended up spending coins that I didn't mean to.
yaoyueyi since it clearly states that you get a fast pass for watching the video why isn't it a bug? I lost out on several fast passes.
Am I the only one that's noticed no more bonus fast passes for watching the video after checking in? Try it see how many passes you have watch there video then check again. Even if you refresh you don't get one for watching it.
