I am a longtime user of webnovel and a supporter (I've had many of the various memberships and have topped up many times), however the constant degradation of free currencies is atrocious. As someone who has been using the site since spirit stones were a thing Webnovel has consistently reduced the benefits given for using the service. At first it was the introduction of fast passes which gave you access to less chapters than the spirit stones did, then the fast passes were split into types and eventually specific novel type fast passes were added further reducing the chapters you can unlock. Then again fast passes were further reduced in usefulness as some chapters now require TWO fast passes. And finally the amount of fast passes given is further reduced as you don't get one for voting on upcoming novels....
Every single one of these changes makes me feel unwelcome and that the only goal of the site is to drain my wallet, it's hard to even unlock the chapters of one novel with freebies nowadays which is just painful. I was even supporting novels at one point because I could use free currency to read one or two other novels but that's a thing of the past. I would ask that webnovel thinks of their readers as more than just money against and revert some of these oppressive policies please. I've loved using the service over the years and have supported webnovel monetarily before but this is getting to be too much...
