Recieved a notice I was getting 30% off for 30 days, but didn't see it applied. After buying a bunch of chapters I then got a notice for 60% off for 30 days, but that isn't being applied either. What gives with the notices?

Hang in there folks. I'm missing all of mine as well, but they did say there were working it and patience is required. As someone who works on websites professionally I can say that s**t happens and unless you plan backups for everything then eventually crap like this happens.
IMO it looks like whatever functional logic or connection for SS has broken and they're working to fix it, but the database itself, or a backup of it, should be fine and accessible again once they resolve the current problem.
