Bug with complete profile, stuck at 70% and you cannot chose a reading preference anywhere which i think is the issue.

Stuck on 70% will not tell me whats missing or let me do anything with Reading preference, or tell me how to do it.
I can't find a way to chose my preference and I cannot do it through the upgrade missions. Either someone fucked up on the coding or you are not providing enough information in that tab.
