I had elite membership that allowed me to read everything without the usage of coins... but now it’s gone what happened?

I was reading a new story and went to the second page but it kept saying I was offline and to reload so I checked all the other pages and it said the same thing so I deleted it from my library and added it back again but now all of the pages are gone... any advice? Book is Reincarnating into a fantasy world as an autonomous.
Are there any other requirements?
