  • Darth_Xiane Going into Fast Pass it defines the Description, What type of fast pass, how many , when I got it, and when it expires.

    1. It doesn't define how many I have in total for specific genre's. I get that I have 13 in total but how many of those are Genre Specific / Single-Works Specific?

    2. It doesn't define which Genre or which Single-Works those Fast-Passes are for.

    3. ^ The only way for me what Novel I have Fast Passes for I have to go through each Novel in my Library individually, Which there are 3 problems with. The first being that It can take forever to find a novel I have a fast pass for. The second is that going through each individual novel I have in my library takes forever, and the third is that I don't know if it's a Single-Works Pass or a Genre Pass.

If they are Genre/Novel specific it should explain which novel/genre they're for instead of just piling them all together into 1 massive pile.

      • If I go into "My Profile" I have 13 Fast Passes. Same thing happens on the App, I go into Profile and I have 13 Fast Passes.

I go into the Library and open a Novel and try to use one of my 13 fast passes and I receive a notification that says "You do not have enough FP".

If I try to use a Fast Pass on the App it simply says
        Use Fast Pass ?
        Cost 1 Usable 0.

At the same time, whenever I play an AD to get another Fast Pass, I get an AD but not another fast pass.

I guess i'm just not allowed to have free chapters anymore?

        • I only just noticed this now. Not sure If it's truly a bug or not but I'm still pointing this out here. A couple hours ago, precisely at 1:02 PM EST 07/07/2020I received the receipt for my Webnovel Subscription Renewel. On my profile it says that my Subscription expires on the 10th of every month, not the 7th. So I scrolled through my email and saw that this wasn't something new. Charging me on the 7th, and not the 10th of every month.

Let's do some math. If you count the days from the 10th of last month (06/10/2020) until the 10th of this month (07/10/2020) is precisely 31 days. Charging me on the 7th instead of the 10th is 3 days early, 31 - 3 = 28 days.

Out of 365 days in a year I am supposed to be charged 12 times. I was charged for $12.99 CAD.
          $12.99CAD x 12 = $155.88CAD/year. But instead I am charged 3 days early so 365/28=13.04, So webnovel is charging me 13 times a year. $12.99CAD x 13 =$168.87CAD.

In other words. Either something is wrong with the expiration date I have received, or Webnovel is charging more than advertised for their "monthly" subscriptions. I advise for everyone with a Subscription to Webnovel to read their Email and check the expiration date on their Profile.
