    Hey guys any updates? I received the compensation but my library was not fixed at all :(

      My novels are in random places and I can't even reach the very bottom! Don't want to waste my time deleting all of those new novels/comics :(

        Same here. Tried logging in and out but the same issue occurs. Novels and comics added unknowingly were still there. Also had some troubles logging in. Problem occurs on both online website and the webnovel app.

            I’m using the app version iOS. I’ve tried restarting the app several times and even tried restarting my phone but nothing seems to work :(

                I am having an issue recollecting missed cards for the event. After several attempts of clicking “5ss to recollect” button, nothing is happening. I’d like to know if there will be a card recollection period in the next few days. If not, then please do something so me and other users can collect the missed cards.
