I already tried every exchange that my points could do (and thats not much) but I couln'd sucess into any off those. I already checked the stock and the rules of each exchange and there was nothing that should be a problem. I think my points don't want to be apart from me!!

I got to know webnovel because of my brother, so i downloaded the app and started reading, but even when googling it I couldn't understand very well how did the app work. (¯∇¯٥)
I know that it is qidian that contract a translator or a story when they are premium and that if they are free, that means that there isn't a contract and the author posted it by himself (same with translates).
But, I didn't get what is qidian exactly, is it a chinese website? Or a company behind webnovel? Or is webnovel a part of qidian somehow? O.o
Now I just discovered that there is another platform of novels that seems really interesting o(▽)o
I'm just a litle confused how those platforms works, are qidian and zhonfeng the companys of the respective apps/sites?
Some lines and sets just continue past screen, as if the screen of the cellphone can show only half of them!!

I've started reading novel about one year ago and still don't get exactly how the pickup rules goes....
There is those two novels I really wantes webnovel to work with
"I dont trust my twin sister "
And
"I have raised an obsessive servant"
Both were already been translated on a REALLY slow pace (1 chaper by will.... if the translator was willing he/she would post it) that sometimes was a chapter by week or a chapter after 2 moths.
If that wasn't enough for me to want to request for webnovel to pick them, then because of a problem of people posting prints of the chapters on social media , both of the sites now are locked up and I still don't know how I can continue to read the novels. Even trying to make a account on the sites or anything... it didn't work!! o(╥﹏╥)o
I don't know exactly how the pickup works so i wasn't sure if I could ask for those novels. So I concluded it was best to ask about it too. (¯∇¯٥)
If there is no problem, could webnovel please translate those novels ?? (ฅ⁍̴̀◊⁍̴́)و ̑̑

After claiming my daily SS and exp and watching the adds, a window showed up with a message saying that there were no adds avaliable at my region..... but it doesn't make sense since it shows up AFTER i had just watched it o.O
Because of that i didn't recieved the multiplied reward, even after watching all the adds.
This time it happened while i was using wi-fi, but it also happened once while I was using mobile internet (3g/ 4g).

My natural language is not english, so I will describe it in english them in portuguese (my actual natural language)
I'm not sure if it is a bug, it's just that on the beta version of webnovel , when you first log on the day, that litle window that should appear ,wich talk about daily SS that you can claim, dosen't show up. So a user like me who is not very good with memory can forget to claim the daily spirit stones while reading a story that dosen't need them. That's tottaly our fault by not remembering, but it still would be good to have adversiment remembering about daily SS like the original version.
Now sayng almost the same in my natural language....
Eu não sei se é um bug, mas, na versão beta, aquela janela que avisa o leitor sobre as SS diárias não aparece. Para leitores esquecidos como eu, as vezes pode acontecer de eu usar o app pra ler uma historia que não usa SS e acabar esquecendo de coletar as SS do dia. Por causa disso as vezes acabo deixando de ler algumas histórias e deixando de enviar SS aos escritores e autores. Sem dúvidas não é culpa do app e sim culpa nossa, dos esquecidos haha, mas seria bom se a versão beta do aplicativo também tivesse a janela de aviso sobre SS diárias como na versão original!

Yeah, about the spirit stones...
If it is too easy to get the price of it will get low. So they could make we do something to get them... Watching adds, or answering interviews...
This way we could get more SS if we wanted to and the writers and translators would still recieve their part!
The way it is right now even if we want to read more, the only way is wait or pay for it...
As a result a lot of people just quit.
I myself don't believe that I will be patient enought to continue for so long, and I really LOVE the stories that i'm reading right now!
Thuth be said.... If you like it you want to read, but every time you have to stop reading because of the ss, and even if you want to pay, you will finish this story and start another one and stop again because of low ss again....the histories are long (i'm reading one with more tham 1000 chapters) and you have to use 4-11 to enable the chapters.... Even if you love the history... You drop it :(
I'm afraid that if webnovel don't do something about it they will have serious problems in the future...
