Hello, I'm looking for novels with fleshed out side characters who actually contribute to the story as opposed to the main character powering through everything. Please recommend me some! Highly appreciated! :) For anyone looking for the same, I'd recommend Nightfall, Douluo Dalu, as well as the works of Fang Xiang (World of Cultivation, Undefeated God of War, and The Avalon of Five Elements (Dropped sadly)

SuperManGay haven't read any of those aside from Throne of Magical Arcana and Transcending the Nine Heavens. Those are a lot of recommendations, thank you!

PeacockStudios I suppose hidden gems isn't too appropriate haha. I'm thinking more of novels I might've overlooked due to inaccurate reviews or bad reviews aiming at problems with the translation that the translators/editors have already addressed. Shadow Hack's always been one of the top on the ranking list and I see a lot of people saying it doesn't really deserve its spot, how is it?

Hey, guys! So, I've been looking for new novels to read and I recently came across Plundering the Heavens. I've been putting it off due to the top rated reviews all complaining about overused pinyin, and I honestly didn't see it as much of a problem when I read it. I was surprised to see that such a good novel with great translation quality had such a low power ranking and negative top reviews (despite the decent rating). I'm curious if you guys have any hidden gems that people might've missed because of similar reasons. Would really appreciate it if you could recommend me some!
Any chance we can report horrible translations to Qidian and request for editors/translators to help in fixing it? Just feel like I've had to drop a lot of interesting stories due to horrible word choices/grammar. I don't think it's doing the authors justice to have readers dropping their stories/getting bad reviews because of bad translating/editing.
