The Potential Starlet could help you, as long as your chapter-view-review ratio is on a relatively good measure. I'm not sure for the exact criteria but you can check out the novels posted there for a moment and see how yours is doing comapred to them.
It happens for newly created novels (non-contracted), but your novel has to really do a good job attracting a lot of readers.
I once managed to have my story put up in the Potential Starlet section, though it didn't last for long.
