It sounds more like it’s the translated novels that get discontinued ...

I appreciate you writing this.
I often wish I had that whole team you spoke of to back me up with my story, but we all deal with what we got. I spend countless hours editing and revising already written chapters, and to be honest, it’s pretty exhausting. I feel like that’s a struggle that many of us share here.
The emphasis on virginity stems from a social construct, so it fits with a lot of stories in webnovel. As for a personal opinion, I don't mind if both men and women aren't virgins in a story, or are virgins... I'd much rather have a reasonable explanation to the lack of sexuality, or not lack of... The harem stories are set for the mindset of readers who like girls to be pure in the basis of owning an object that you don't want to receive as second hand goods, while the males in the stories are the actual human beings who collect these said girls (objects)... so what is there to complain about?
Adorable Food Goddess, RIP forever. :<
You can write from anywhere in the world. This is the online world. :) !
Yes please, more romance novels if you will, thank you.
The only main novel I can think right now is Adorable Food Goddess, but unfortunately, it's not completely translated. I also recommend Luo's novel. She's an amazing author. :>
Not bad. The post became a marketplace for stories I may like as well. Hohoho
Author's Name: MoonBirth
Request Type: Editing
Novel Link: https://www.webnovel.com/book/11960311305664105/Accidentally-Married-a-Fox-God---the-Sovereign-Lord-Spoils-His-Wife
Number of Current Chapters: 145
Release Schedule: About twice a day (400 words to 600 words per chapter, I'm simply dividing it into two releases)
Editing Duration: I would love to have you as a permanent editor, but I'm assuming that by now, you're already fully booked. I have quite a few chapters that have been looked through but I got a bunch that need editing still, or at least a second opinion/proofreading. I'd say about 50 chapters... @_@I'm glad to see this post. It definitely motivates to write Reverse Harem. :>
It's still getting translated tho
No, this novel is not on hiatus. It stopped being translated altogether...
I think it's Mistycloud that decides when and not webnovel, since they're probably the ones who will continue translating it.
There is a novel called Fortunate Wife (which surprisingly so has a webtoon released now in Webnovel) . There’s also a Ployandry tag on Novel-Updates but without a large selection. I’m definitely planning on targeting this idea but I got a few other novel storylines to go through first . ~.~
Harem novels were never really easy to make and most of the ones available are just... well, it’s difficult to write harem novel, regardless if it’s geared towards men or women and despite the huge popularity for it, I don’t know about how large the target audience for the reverse harem trope is. People usually write what they see as popular for the masses. That is the reason we keep finding replicated story concepts with the same repititve tropes .

Dislikes:
Super genius MCs that understand everything and are undefeatable. Especially in transmigration stories where they jump to become some good for nothing and yet their life is all smooth sailing since they are such geniuses. I find this to be too unrealistic.Powerful protagonists from the the start.
Harem stories. That isn’t to say that all harem stories are bad, there are a few rare gems out there, but they aren’t easy to find. I would rather read a polygamous or a polyandry relationship that actually makes sense with the world buildup than just a bunch of random people senselessly falling in love with the protagonist.
System novels, it’s been interesting for a few times but it got seriously overused.
CEO male lead. I’m just freaking tired of it. At this point I’m automatically repelled by any stories that have a CEO male lead.
Love interest abuses the protagonist. I don’t know why this is a thing and why most popular romance novels possess this but the constant abuse from the love interest towards the protagonist made me drop most of the modern romance novels I read. It is too toxic. Too abusive. I can somehow stomach the rape in the beginning but the constant, continuous misunderstandings which the female lead suffers endless abuse only to have a few lovey dovey moments near the end of the novel is just not worth it to read.
Likes: I enjoy cultivation and xianxia romance stories the most. I also enjoy BL and wish there was more BL stories in Webnovel. I like funny main characters and I like characters that have flaws and a certain emotional baggage makes it more enjoyable realistic for me to read.
I do second the villainous, calculative protagonists trope. It’s enjoyable to read as long as the character actually remains “evil”
Faithful relationships. I hate when characters are conflicted between love interests, but in this regard, there are a bunch of good novels out there with faithful romantic relationships which is quite refreshing to read.
It's translated by Volare
Aye same here
We should help family but up until the point where we feel that we are being used . What’s worse is it seems you’re bottling a lot of anger that may burst out at any moment ...Like the above post mentioned, your family got used to relying on you too much. You should have a meeting, everybody sitting together and spill all your grievances and say you’re not willing to be anybody’s lackey anymore ..
I saw the drama up to episode 20 before I even started the novel, but the drama doesn’t come close to the novel , it seems to be a completely different interpretation. I far prefer the novel ..I wish the translator would at least give us a reason why they stopped working on this project...Maybe something happened? Maybe somebody else can pick up this gem?
