If you are like me and bought the annual membership plan during the PayPal event in June 2021, do remember to cancel your monthly membership plan if you were previously subscribed to one.
Failure to do so will result in you being charged for another month's of monthly membership when your monthly membership plan automatically renews. Your daily bonus coins will also drop from the annual membership's 12 coins to the monthly membership's 10 coins. (Yes, that's what happened to me.
)Webnovel customer service advises to cancel the monthly membership so that it does not automatically renew. The annual membership plan will only resume when the monthly membership plan expires.
Webnovel customer service also stated that they will not refund for the extra monthly membership fee paid. So you will be stuck for a month with a plan you did not want and with lesser bonus coins to boot.
You have been warned!
Am3lia I just got a reply back from customer support. Webnovel will not issue any refunds for the extra monthly subscription. They've only advised to cancel the monthly subscription so that it doesn't renew. And when the monthly subscription expires, the annual membership will kick back in. Meanwhile, our daily coins will be at 10 coins only instead of the 12 coins for the annual membership. Seems like Webnovel is telling us that we can only suck it up and blame ourselves for not checking things out properly before purchasing the annual plan when we were already on a monthly plan.

Am3lia Try emailing Webnovel at service@webnovel.com. I have this same issue too and have just emailed them as well. Hopefully they are able to sort this out.
