I've seen over a half-dozen novels they have done this with. They fit the criteria that the previous chapters read were 'unlocked' by ad or SS. I guess they retroactively decided that these 'unlocks' didn't apply to the premium method on unlocking chapters.

If you click on the SS area of your profile you will open a page that will tell you haw many stones will expire and when. The free SS that webnovel gives out will only last for a set period of time and then will expire. SS purchased will not expire.
Regarding the first novel on your list, Last Wish System, I find it EXTREMELY dissatisfying that after 25 days in the premium system the daily unlocked chapters have not started. Are you waiting for the end of your little contest? Some other reason? How about posting something to let the (Non-rich) readers know what's happening?
This is a decent twist on the genre. Although the MC is a bit OP (most are after all) there is a good scaling in his gaining of new abilities and the reasons behind his emotional outbursts are reasonable if you follow the storyline.
