Some of the chapters that i have unlocked has been locked again.. anybody else who experiences the same issue???

My webnovel app is not updating the latest chapter anymore even if there are newer chapters.. for example the latest update of TKA in my app is at 1341while there is already chapter 1346. This also applies to the other novels. I also tried downloading it but it doesnt work.. help please
