Is your book new? If yes then it's probably because of that. I have the same problem before and someone told me I just need to wait for the webnovel staff to fix it for me, before my novel can receive powerstones and such. I think it's also related with the 'vetting' and the amount of words your novel have reached.

Hi!! So first of all I'm a beginner, new,novice reader and author here in webnovel. I just published or posted a new book in inkstone. I followed the intru tions and the guides but then I just noticed, my book can't accept powerstones and other supports. I tried to searched about how to... but I got nothing.
