Myriad Paths is a literate RP based on Chinese Xianxia novels, such as Jade Dynasty, I shall Seal the Heavens, Reverend Insanity, Renegade Immortal, Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation, Heaven Official’s Blessing, Tales of Demons and Gods, Douluo Dalu, and Cultivation Chat Group. For those of whom these names do not ring a bell, you are nonetheless welcome. Myriad Paths is set in an original world, and no prior knowledge is needed!

I received an alert saying my review had been deleted, but there was no information about why it was deleted or what series it was on. I don't know if it was deleted because the writer dropped and deleted the story, if he/she was rewriting it, or if he/she just didn't like my review or what. If there was something I did that was considered inappropriate, I would like to know what it is.

Is there a way to find out any of this information?

Prishi_K The thing I've been doing is only reading one series on a daily basis and using my Fast Passes for that series. Once that series is complete, I figure I'll return to other series I was reading. Of course, I also had to decisively drop a number of series that were good enough to be entertaining and waste time but not good enough to pay for.

Of course, it's not like Webnovel has a monopoly on all web novels. There are plenty of other sites out there with series originally in English or even in other languages that are not copyrighted by Webnovel. You can always visit those instead for new novels. Of course, many writers want to earn some money for their efforts, so it's normal for Webnovel and the other sites to ask for payment to read chapters or for donations.

ealdgyth Is it true that reading minutes only give experience points? If so, then there isn't much reason to use the app in the first place. It's really cumbersome to begin with, and it crashes all the time anyway. If I actually want to read something, I always have to use my PC instead.

KiraAmor ...What kind of chapter costs one coin? Don't you have any leftover coins? You can choose whether to use the pass or use coins.

EmeraldDragon Free passes permanently unlock chapters. They're not going to become locked again later or anything. Salvius98 passed along incorrect information. You can confirm this by looking at the announcement in your inbox.

DarkRay I agree, but their customer service and PR is atrocious. There are ways to announce things like this without wantonly generating hate from all of their customers.

This happens pretty often for me regardless of whether I use the app or the website or even if I restart my device, which is why I usually avoid comics on this site (thanks to the recent update, I have dropped all the comics here except for one). Usually waiting a day or two and trying again works. It really sucks when you get into a good series and then abruptly can't read it anymore, though.

There was an app update today, and I downloaded it on my iPad. Since then, I cannot open the Webnovel app at all. The start-up Webnovel screen immediately flickers off. I'm using an iPad. I already restarted my device.

With another user's help, I found it! It is under "Inbox" and then "Messages." The Fast Pass allows people to unlock chapters (plural) for free.

Spirit Stones were recently changed to Coins, and now we earn something called a "Fast Pass" instead of either of them. What exactly is this Fast Pass, and what can I use it for? Since there was no announcement, as per usual on this site, I am a bit lost.
