Xeon Strikes. A seemingly normal 12-year old boy gets into a fight at school one day due to seeing a girl being bullied. Displaying unbelievable strength, his consequences are suspension. Leading his adopted father, Wilson Strikes, to tell the truth about Xeon. That he is not a human, but an alien from an annihilated planet.
With Xeon's devestation about the truth, he reads a note from his late parents and makes a call. A call to hunt down predatory violent criminals at the age of 18 in pursuit of making sure Earth does not suffer a similar fate like that of his homeworld.
