Hello, we all know of that annoying facebook/webnovel problem where people who simply signed with social media accounts can't log in through the app. Yet we wait for updates and so on.. Fine.

But what happens with people who has bought privileges for certain novel?

I can not read those privileged chapters through the website, and am required to download the app, on which I of course "can't log in".

Certainly at some point I would read them, as those won't be privileged anymore, but I want to read them now, I have paid additional tax to READ THEM NOW, yet webnovel which is the provider and gladly accepts payments obstructs the users from services they have paid for.

I don't even want a refund, I am just deeply disappointed of qidan, as this just one of many times this sort of issue has happened, yet they remain unresponsive..

I find it interesting, but is there any stores ready yet. Also ios version?
