  • In Monthly membership daily ten coins

    So... Two things I've noticed since I've had the the membership.

    1) If you forget to check in on a day you will not receive your purchased ten coins.

    2) For a few weeks now I have been receiving a system message daily. It says that I have ten coins expiring in 3 days.

    I do not remember webnovel telling me that these purchased points can expire. More importantly nothing I try will use the coins.
    Say that I see some coins will expire I will go and purchase a chapter to a book I want to read.
    Then later I will check what has expired and I see it showing daily - 10.

      This does not sound familiar to me.
      However there is something you can try to figure out of yourself in case you're impatient like myself.

      Did you know that in your library there are 3 dots in the top right corner? From there you can click on "viewed" which is basically a history of what you've read and how many chapters.

        It happens automatically.
        You can check it by clicking on the black membership button /banner in the profile. If you haven't gotten it there will be a claim button available there.

        • In Can not download the Release that Witch manwha for offline viewing.

          Been trying for awhile, the download starts at one percent and stays at one percent.

          Eventually the chapter numbers reappear and I think it is done downloading so I turn off the wifi and 4g to test it.

          But the pages it loads just say retry.

          I've tried restarting the app, and after that the phone. I've also tried clearing the cache of the app.

          Nothing I've tried has fixed this issue.

            It is on the pc, hover over your icon in the upper right, and when the menu pops up click the coins.

            I just checked on the mobile site and with desktop pages but it doesn't show, there. So the only place to get it for now is on the pc.

              I just checked the website, and it tells me what I want still. {The # bonus will expire in 13 days)
              So I guess I can just check there, but the app doesn't have it that when you check your coins.

              The multiplier gave me coins, not a second fast pass.

                Hello! Could the coin expiration counter be added in underneath the coin total?

                The spirit stones of old used to tell you the total and right after that it would tell that the user had a certain number of expiring stones and when they would disappear.

                I took a look and the coins do not have this feature, now we have to scroll down the list of coins earned and individually check each entry for its expiration.

                So I'm hoping that webnovel can add that back in.

                This happened to me too, I downloaded a bunch of things I bought with the only ss I received during that misworded sale. When I was on the plane and had airplane mode turned on the novels I downloaded worked just fine, however the manhwa Release that Witch kept telling me I was offline.
