Hello. The title is my current problem. Right now, everything seems fine with 9 chapters. But when I uploaded chapter 10 of my current book, for some reason I can't access my readers' comment from the "Promote" tab, as it only tells me "fail to retrieve data."
Does anyone know what's going on here? I try re-log in, and it doesn't even work :( What should I do now? By the way, my old book, which has 11 chapters, seems fine for some reason. Is it because of the chapter I just uploaded? Any help would be very appreciate :>
