Still waiting for the 100ss.

I just downloaded and installed the app on my phone (Galaxy S7 Edge). When I tried to log in, it said "Network error (-10000)", then it went to my profile page. It is acting as if it logged in successfully - It shows me at level 2. But it only shows me with 1x Energy and 0x SS. But I had 8x SS when I went to log in, because I needed 9x to unlock the next chapter in what I'm reading and I saw this post on getting the 100x SS for testing.
My login method is Google+, currently using Android 8.0.0.
