So I just got a background I wanted to use but I am unable to equip it. This needs to be fixed.

I'm 13 now and I feel something is really wrong
I tried to log into my main account but it says I've been suspended. I have been irritated over this because I couldn't even log in using my account on the website. It would usually say something along the lines of "there was a problem with your connection", even though I have a decent connection speed. It has been over a month and I wasn't even emailed to resolve the issue.
