Go to inkstone->Workspace->Stories->Create Chapter (upper right corner)-> Publish option(upper right corner) and done. Its gonna be published as the newest chapter.

ok, this is how I did it.
Go to inkstone->Workspace->Stories->Explore(this is on the far right corner)->Press on the setting icon near the create chapter option->then change the name-> go down and save it.
