Too much Notifications lol

Uhm... I have a question. So, I have a book and I already reached the maximum words of 15k but, my book doesn't appear on the Ranking Voting New Book.

Did I break any policy in the Webnovel? Hence my book is not on the Ranking...

(Also, I joined the recent WPC which just ended 2 days ago)

Okay, my concern was, I can't vote on my Novel/Book no matter what I try.

I join WPC, so I'm asking if there's a bug. And maybe not, because the thing is, this account is just a prototype of mine so I can join Webnovel, and I publish my book early before the contest, so when the new contest has been announced I created a new account and publish my book there so I can join WPC...

So... How do I fix this, I already tried publishing the book 3 times but it's all still the same "This work doesn't support powerstone" it says. Even for my first book, I can't vote for it!!
