I don't know if this will be your cup of tea, but I strongly recommend my favourites (It's not really a synopsis so you should take a look at it yourself xD)

1) second this novel "I'm Really A Superstar (IRAS)"
This novel may have some issue with nationality and royalty, but honestly if you can set that aside and just enjoy it you'd find your stomach hurt- I mean, you'd find yourself can't stop smiling! It’s about an ordinary (except it’s not) guy in his story to reach the peak of stardom. Beware, this novel is addictive! Hur hur ;) #ZhangYeNo1Fan

2) Once Upon a time, There Was A Spirit Sword Mountain..
Also in comedy genre (okay, not really). Technically it's a xianxia (?), tho with how cleverly the author coated every chapter with gold (comedy), it's not a guess anymore haha. This novel had been adapted to manhua and anime. It tell the story of a young boy genius in his path to immortality.

3) King's Avatar
Okay, so... There are actually many novel about game. In Qidian, you can also find it in game genre button, but what I will suggest you again and again will only this one.
Firstly, this novel highlighted a ‘non virtual reality’ game. Kinda unique in post-Hack and SAO era.
The game is called glory, a computer user friendly. It actually remind me of a few game of "our" time lol. The author beautifully crafted design the game layout and characters, well....you should really try it. It's also another Chinese novel that had been adapted to anime….also, this is another comedy novel!

4) Doomsday Wonderland
Apocalypse genre. The protagonist is female. The companion is baddass. The powers was so unique and sometimes funny that I can't help but be amazed. Also, no romance so far. What else to be waiting for? Warning: a bit gore

5) A Superstars of Tomorrow
More like post-apocalypse, where mankind had survived and stabilized a sci-fi like world. Tho because the main character is a..(not a spoiler) reincarnator from Apocalypse era, it will be mentioned in a large part of the story.
Different from IRAS, this novel was not really for laugh until later, but the pace is good and the plot is solid. The mc was cool and the world depicted here seems tranquil. I regard this novel as a unique- flavor kind of snack.
Bonus: the translator is one funny fellow and his translation pace was god-speed; 11 chapters/ week!!
