I've read the story, and I think the 姨娘 in this case doesn't mean maternal aunt, but her father's concubines.. most ancient chinese novels use 姨母 for maternal aunts to differentiate (I think)

Can anyone pick up this one? It's the classic OP transmigrated MC with all the elements (broken engagement, OP ML, medical, etc), but it's one of the funniest I've found in this genre. I read it through MTL, but I'm hoping to find a proper translation version
