I am not able to receive bonus Coins of reading time .. I clicked on 30 min claim, for 10 coins but balance is showing nil. I can't use them to open chapters. This happened to me last week ( 16|12 to 22|12 ) also..

Hi, two days back when I reached 600 mins reading it showed me to claim 10 coins bonus but my balance show s 1 coin, even after claiming. For Check-in, power stone n energy stone bonus es I got three fast passes. But I am able to open only one chapter per pass . previously I could read at least 10 chapters per day with spirit stones . now only 3 chapters can be read with fast passes . whY am I not able to retrieve coins ?? This version is bad .. The previous spirit stones version was nice.
Hey I cannot receive multiplier rewards for past two days , after the app has been modified ... I used to get them before.. I tried for few times, it isn't working...
